Where do you source your meat?
All of our pork comes from pasture-raised, sustainably managed U.S. farms.
Our spices and seasonings are selected for purity and flavor — nothing artificial, nothing unnecessary.
Is your salami shelf-stable?
Yes. Our salami is naturally fermented and cured, making it shelf-stable.
No refrigeration is needed until opened. Store it in a cool, dry place.
How should I store it after opening?
Once opened, wrap your salami in butcher paper or wax paper and store it in the refrigerator.
Avoid plastic wrap — it traps moisture and can affect texture and flavor.
What casing do you use?
We use a natural beef fibrous casing, which helps the salami cure evenly and maintain its traditional shape.
The casing is removed before packaging, so it’s ready to slice and enjoy.

We pack and ship multiple times per week to ensure freshness:
