Are your salamis shelf-stable?

Yes! Our salamis are dry-cured and do not require refrigeration until opened. However, for the best quality and flavor, store them in a cool, dry place.

How should I store my salami after opening?

Once opened, wrap your salami in butcher paper or wax paper and store it in the refrigerator. Avoid plastic wrap, as it can trap moisture and affect texture.
