For over a decade, Owen and Travis have crafted small-batch salami by hand, in a USDA-inspected facility, using heritage Berkshire pork from small American farms. Six weeks of natural dry-curing. It’s not you you’re great.

I just can’t handle any kind of heat at my age. Ithad to get a flavor, but I just can’t take the heat even though it’s very mild.
