Hello Calabrian chili salami people. Just wanted to say that I love any kind of salami so that's never a bad thing, but I was looking for that unicorn and this was not it. The flavor was good but not terrific. The salami was very hard and it was a lot of work to cut it and a lot of work to chew it, so looks like I'm still on the hunt for that Unicorn. Thanks for sending it.

I gave them to my son in law. He said, they were okay? Couldn't get anymore from him. He did say the were dry. I thought that was the style.
