We started with sausage. In 2015, Owen and Travis launched Gastros from a humble food truck, serving handcrafted links at farmer’s markets and festivals across New England.
A decade later, that same dedication lives on in The Oktoberfest Set — a collection of our finest salamis and sausages, made by hand in our USDA-inspected facility using real Berkshire pork from small American farms.

Haven't had occasion to taste the items you sent. Too much company andtraveling.
Great meat
I have a 5 Star rating. But I did not get to experience the taste /quality of the Kielbasa and Pork Hotdogs due to refrigerated shipping issue. The Dried Meats were really good. I’ll likely order again. And I will say the rating is not only for the meat itself, but the superb customer service in rectifying the issue. My advice, do not order the products that require temps to be at of below 48 degrees.F In the heat we are experiencing this summer, the shipping is too risky. Many companies have suspended shipping products due to this heat, I.e. wine, etc.
Kabasa was great. The dogs are great and I’ve always loved your sausages. The only ones I’ll eat.
