We started with sausage. Back in 2015, Owen and Travis hit the road with their food truck, Gastros Mobile, serving handcrafted links at farmer’s markets and festivals.
After years of grinding and grilling, they brought their craft indoors — still made by hand, in a USDA-inspected facility, using real Berkshire pork from small American farms.
No GMOs. No antibiotics. No mystery meat. Just damn good sausage.
