Comments: I lived and worked in Europe 10 years and ate plenty of salami all types i might add, and yours is without a doubt one of the best!

Overall the Red Wine and Garlic Salami is delicious! However; i did notice that the peppercorns were not spread out evenly through-out the Salami. Guess maybe that's the way it's supposed to be I'm no expert on making it i just eat it Lol. "Michael" Have a Great Day Folks!
