🧾 Refund & Return Policy

If you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us right away at orders@gastroscraftmeats.com or call (401) 235-4077. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 48 hours.


Receiving Perishables

If your order contains perishable items such as sausage, it is your responsibility to refrigerate or freeze them immediately upon delivery.

Please inspect your order upon arrival:

  • Items should arrive partially or fully frozen.

  • If your perishable items are completely thawed, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

📦 We cannot offer refunds for perishable items if we are not contacted within this 24-hour window.


Damages or Product Issues

If you encounter a problem with a product:

  • Note the order number (if available)

  • Take clear photos documenting the issue

This helps us quickly investigate and determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges on any perishable items.


Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to process
