Team Effort

2020 is off to a great start, and we couldn’t do it without our amazing team! We are so blessed to work with such detail-oriented and hard working people every day. When it comes to charcuterie production it really does take a village and our’s is second to none. As an artisanal meat company, we work tirelessly to stay creative and are dedicated to producing the highest quality Berkshire Pork and Wagyu Beef charcuterie. From the production all the way through to packaging we work collaboratively and rely heavily on our team. Joselyn and Brenda (pictured above), are two of our OG team members and ensure the highest levels of quality control while overseeing our packaging team.
