5 years ago, Chef/Owner Travis Gervasio and Owner Owen Doyle dreamed of starting their own small artisanal hot dog and sausage company. Chef Travis spent tireless hours running test batches of hot dog and sausage recipes over several months until he dialed in the perfect recipes and processes. The result, is nothing less than hand-crafted perfection and while we have scaled our operations, the quality and attention to detail remains the same. Not only are these sausages packed with flavor, but the perfect immulsification and natural hog casings make for the perfect snap to each bite.
