These dogs pack a flavor-filled punch highlighted by our signature snap that results from a perfect emulsification and the highest quality natural hog casings. Not only do they taste great, but we are always keeping things fresh and funky with new specials and chef-inspired creations. This Jackson Pollock inspired shot was a ton of fun to put together and really got our creative juices flowing. Who knew our Chef/Owner Travis was such a talented artist and photographer?
