One of our favorite parts of being an artisanal charcuterie producer and wholesaler is seeing all of the great dishes that are created with our products. When it comes to dreaming up and executing these chef-inspired delights, Chef Chris Kattawar of Cook and Dagger is second to none. We recently popped in to indulge and try his latest menu items. His Mushroom Toast features our spreadable Nduja salami and is a delicious savory bite with just the right amount of smoke and spice. The Croquettes continue to bring big flavor with a spicy and salty crunch and a brightness that really brings the dish home.
