Welcoming Ben to the Gastros Team

Meet Ben Ezickson the newest member of the Gastros Team. Ben is coming on as a co-owner and as our new Director of Operations. Ben has been in the hospitality industry for years with restaurant management experience in both BOH and FOH. Ben also spent several years as the facility manager at New England Charcuterie where he learned the ins and outs of charcuterie production, HACCP, and the day-to-day operations of an artisanal meat production company. We’re so proud of how far we’ve come over the last 5 years, and with Ben on board we know there are more great things to come. Look out for Ben at our events this season and say hi!
