A Fun Evening at Springdale Beer Co. Barrel Room

We had a blast celebrating Springdale’s 3rd Birthday at their Barrel Room in Framingham, MA. Alongside Chef Dave Punch of Sycamore, Buttonwood and Little Big Diner in Newton, we served up a custom Smoked Springdale IPA Bierwurst made with their beer! Our newest sausage creation was a huge hit and paired perfectly with Chef Punch’s spicy pineapple relish. We love collaborating with breweries and other artisanal producers to bring you new and delicious hand-crafted creations. Keep an eye out for our next project!
